I agree. A good manual should cater to both new users and veteran users of that product. To be fair to Toshiba though, the speech and many features for the Tablet PC Edition came from Microsoft. It's part of the OS. But I do agree that SOMEONE should write a good manual for these features as they are powerful when used right.
