Cingular 8125 mp3 problems

I got my 8125 yesterday and have been trying to put my mp3 music onto the phone. I am using iTunes and im wondering if there is a way that i can load my itunes onto it. I bought a 1gig memory stick for it also. My computer DOES recognize the device. Any help??

Also, how do i get the clock off of army time?
