I tried a Q but had a major problem and want to know if this is also the case with the Blackjack. Please tell if this is the case with the Blackjack Here is the problem I had with the Q:
If I dial a company and their automated attendant answers "press # for the Company directory and then dial by name," I press # (which works) and then I cannot dial the name, even using the half moon button. I can only dial those letters associated with the numbers on the keypad, but nothing happens for other letters. I talked to Verizon and am told it is a problem with the Q.
What happens when you try to dial by name with the Blackjack?
