older ipaqs supporting serial

I use the old 3650 ipaq as a field computer with a trimble gps unit. Can anyone give me a list of similar ipaqs that will support serial, USB and all this modern blue tooth is no good to me! I see things like a 3630 and a 3670 but dont know what they are in comparison to the 3650.
