My old SJ22/U is not working well, so I purchased a replacement CLIE on ebay which turned out to be an SJ33/U. If I try to hot sync the SJ33 with the data on my desktop ClLIE program, I get the message "Unable to initiate HotSync operation because the port is in use by another application."
When I backed up the SJ22 onto the memory stick and then tried to use it to "restore" the SJ33, I get this message: "Discordance of this device The backup data you selected is not the backup data of this device."
Is there any way to move my data from the SJ22 to the new SJ33?? Thanks, Andrew Peck, Woodstock New York
