I just bought a Samsung Instinct, enjoyed all the fancy features + good voice quality.
here comes the nightmare. the contact sync and MS Exchange e-mail is a mess. Sprint tech support is useless beacsue this phone is too new, and they only have few samples in the support center, so it's like blind leading the blind. there are several known bugs too.
anyone with similar experience?
i plan to return the phone if sprint can't resolve these challenges in one week.
