Toshiba e830 Pocket PC - need help with language conversion!!

I recently bought a Toshiba e830 Pocket PC on Ebay. It was shipped from Canada and when I turned it on, everything was in French. Does anyone know how to convert the PC to English? Please help me!! Thanks
