HP IPAQ 211 Malfunctioning - HELP!

I cam from a Handspring Visor Edge and am having a Very Hard time with this iPAQ. I bought it on Ebay and it was fine for a few weeks. But the battery drains overnight. Then it would not sync and now it will not even charge. Does anyone have advice?
