Phone review: Verizon Escapade world phone

Being a Verizon or Sprint customer ain't always easy when it comes to world travel. While much of the rest of the globe uses GSM, these two carriers use CDMA which makes it harder to say "can you hear me now?" in Beijing or Barcelona. If you're a globetrotter but don't need a pricey smartphone, there's hope in the Escapade, a basic voice phone that works on Verizon's network in the US and GSM networks abroad. The Escapade is a flip phone with a 2 megapixel camera and GPS.
