Kindle touch vs kindle 4 vs kindle keyboard

Hi,
I never have a kindle before and think of getting one, so which one should I get between KT, K4 and KKB. I only need kindle for reading and looking up words and taking notes sometimes. Also, I don't think of using it for internet.
