A warning to buyers of this unit: they are very scarce. I found one Canadian company, with an US branch - http://us.ncix.com/ - which had it in stock.
They shipped it right away, but it turns out that the UX32VD-DB71 they have includes only 2GB RAM!! I verified it with Asus - they ships units with 2GB RAM. Also after carefull inspection of the box it did indicate 2GB only in this machine.
