Ultrabook help!

I'm looking into purchasing an ultrabook for law school. I would love power and convenience. The lighter the better. I7 and 8 gb ram would be way better! I would also love backlit keyboard. I am going to be reading on it 24/7 so the screen and how it looks will be very important. What would you suggest? I might also like something like the yoga, but that is not necessary. Please and thank you. Also! I extremely dislike fan noise.
