SONY CLie PEG-UX40 verse Sony PDA CLIE PEG-NZ90

I am looking to buy a SONY CLie PEG-UX40 or Sony PDA CLIE PEG-NZ90. I am not sure which one is better. (price doesn't matter) I like the 2 megapixel digital camera on the Peg-NZ90 but the looks on the Peg-UX40 are better. Anybody have any suggetions? Also, can anybody tell me if either or both of them have word and excel already loaded on to them? I apreciate any help.
