Will my iPaq recognize PC ram & mass storage cards?

Hello, I'm new here and new to PDA's. I just bought an iPaq 3835 (hence the SN) running PocketPC 2K2 and I just saw an auction for a bunch of old PC memory cards. Willthe PDA recognize these? Also, anybody got suggestions for good wireless PC Cards?
