I just got my XV6700 from Verizon last week. I love it and all the features, but I cannot get it to sync with my Outlook 2003. It appears to be syncing, then I get an error message - Support Code 85010014. I have searched for that code all over the internet, I have talked to Verizon and Dell (my laptop) and my next call is to Microsoft.
My husband WAS able to sync the XV6700 to HIS laptop, which is also a Dell, so there must be some setting on my computer that is preventing sync.
I will appreciate ANY suggestions. Thanks very much!
