Notebook Review: HP Pavilion dv9220 17" Vista Notebook
      03/06/07 02:48 PM

OK, we admit we really love this one for the price! If you're looking for a new desktop replacement or media center notebook running Vista, the reasonably priced HP is a great choice. This 17" member of the dv9000t line is relatively light at 7.8 lbs and isn't too large to transport. It's got everything most of us could want included a dual layer DVD burner with LightScribe, a good web cam, HDMI, kick-booty Altec Lansing speakers, Firewire and plenty of USB, audio and video ports. The 1.6GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 2 gigs of RAM make fast work of demanding tasks and the NVIDIA GeForce Go 7600 with 256 megs of dedicated video memory make for wicked gaming.
