Boost Mobile to release the i425 iDEN Phone This September

Boost Mobile today announced the Boost Mobile i425 phone that will come to the market this September on Boost. Here is more info on the phone:

"The Boost Mobile i425 handset is the thinnest Walkie-Talkie enabled Phone ever produced by Motorola for the iDEN network and the first to be featured in Boost Mobile's new Environmentally-Friendly Packaging.



Boost i425t- Exclusively from Boost Mobile, the Boost i425t is the slimmest Walkie-Talkie handset on the market with a sleek/lightweight candy-bar design. At less than 1/2" thick, the Boost i425t weighs in at a mere 3.88 oz. Two-toned in titanium gray and black slate, the Boost i425t also features Wireless Web, Text and Multi-Media Messaging, AOL, Yahoo! and MSN Instant Messaging Capable, Java Enabled Games and Applications, Real Music, Polyphonic and Voice Ringtones, Hands-free Speakerphone with Voice-Activated Dialing, GPS Enabled (Global Positioning System), VibraCall Alert and 600 Entry Phonebook. The Boost i425t is available this Fall for an expected price of $59.99 at www.boostmobile.com and comes with $5 in call credits.

The Boost i425 handsets are the first handset to be featured in Boost?s new clamshell packaging which is made up of 100% of Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate material and the polypropylene black end caps are made from 35% post consumer sources. This is the same type of material used by all soda and water bottles. The long term goal is to have the phone packaging made from 100% recycled material. As with all Boost Mobile Pay-As-You-Go phones, there are no credit checks, hidden charges or monthly bills. Boost Mobile customers pay for minutes only as they need them through the purchase of Re-Boost Cards available at all authorized Boost retailers.
