Need Help and find one

Hi
I am hearing impaired so I do not need voice phone so

I am looking for pager

Able to

1) unlimited text messages

2) internal GPS

3)Can connect with Laptop or computer as modem

4)built in Camera and possible video?

5)SMS Text mesaging

6)Supports Relay: Client Based Can call tty from this pager via software or web browser

7)bluetooth

8)Wifi support> possible if not its okay
