xv 6700 Storage Problem

XV 6700 thru Verizon, I keep getting a "storage memory is critically low" error message and it's causing me to not be able to receive emails.

This is a big problem.

I have a storage card that is not even 1/4 in use, but the main memory is saying full.

How can I fix it? When I use File Explorer to locate large files, it says there are none.

This phone is about ready to take flight, into a brick wall.
