Can JAQ3 use Skype

Hello everyone,
I just got JAQ3 2days ago,...i know its a slow pocket PC,...but anyway i like it,....at least its not that much costy in my country (Egypt), i have an important question.,....its very important to me to use skype.
Can i use skype in this mobile.....i have to use it somehow !!
