I very much agree with Patrick, If you are thinking of "upgrading" from a 9500 as I recently did then you are in for a big and expensive let-down.
the Communicator was always about Business, Faxes are a real business tool because they let non-technical folk give you a lot of data very easily.
I'd also like to know if there is a country where all the features work, I move around a lot and it's important to have the majority of things working. The GPS is just useless and standing in an open field pointing the phone at the satellite is NOT a typical working environment. And being able to set timers on profile changes has gone!
Big disappointment then, anyone know where I can buy a new 9500?
