Nokia Messaging Gets More Social

While Nokia showing off all the new hardware today at Nokia World 09, Nokia Beta Labs released a new version of the Nokia Messaging software for the Nokia N97 and the Nokia 6700 Classic phones. The software is still in beta and the new version adds social networking component. Here is more info on Nokia Messaging beta:

Status updates and other social networking activities are brought to the device home screen with the latest beta release for Nokia Messaging. Starting with Facebook, you can get quick and easy access to your inbox, post a status, share photos, and keep in touch with friends.
