my nokia 6820 phone turns blank white screen when i try and syncronise with cable to Nokia PC suite
sometimes i can syncronise, other times it turns white
i have picked up a trick from the internet to take out the battery and leave it out for 5 minutes, then replace, and start up, screen still wait, and wait another 5 mintues, and phone works again.
all this is very tedious. Why does it happen ,and why does it only syncronise intermittently
