Southern LINC Wireless Launches Motorola i1 Push To Talk Android iDen Phone

Motorola i1, the world's first Push To Talk (PTT), Android-powered smartphone for the Integrated Digital Enhanced Network (iDEN), is now available from SouthernLINC Wireless. The Motorola i1 features a 3.1" capacitive display, a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and flash, builtin WiFi, Bluetooth, microSD card slot and GPS.



The sleek, tablet-style Motorola i1 combines the convenience of PTT two-way radio with a premium browsing and messaging experience. Motorola i1 comes preloaded with the Opera Mini 5 Browser for optimized mobile Web browsing, Android WebKit Browser with Adobe Flash Lite for access to content created with Adobe Flash and multiple keyboard options, including Swype, for quick and efficient messaging.

Popular tools, including Google? mobile services and Microsoft Document Viewer, help users keep the ball rolling while on-the-go. In addition, personal and work information, such as e-mails, calendar appointments and contacts, are automatically synced and integrated throughout the device, keeping users? digital worlds connected. Customize Motorola i1 with thousands of widgets and applications available for download from Android Market.

Featuring durable, rubber housing and sturdy, state-of-the-art Gorilla glass that safeguards the 3.1-inch touch screen from shocks and other damage, Motorola i1 is as tough as it is stylish. Moreover, Motorola i1 is Military Spec 810F certified for blowing rain, dust, shock, vibration, temperature extremes, low pressure, salt fog, humidity and solar radiation.
