ATT today lowered prices on 5 of their popular smartphones including Android, Windows Phone 7 and BlackBerry devices. These new prices are based on a new 2-year wireless service agreement with minimum $15/mo data plan required. No rebate needed. You can get these offers at company-owned retail stores nationwide and online. Here are the new pricing:
