Let's face it, Verizon's 4G LTE network is not only really, really fast, but it's popping up everywhere as the carrier aggressively expands coverage. But the phones have been pricey, and some of you on a budget might find the $299 Droid Bionic a little rich. Enter Pantech and the $99 Breakout with LTE. It's an Android midrange smartphone running Gingerbread on a 1GHz Qualcomm second gen single core CPU. It has a 4" 800 x 480 display, a microSD card slot and dual cameras.
The design esthetic is a little challenged, and LTE speeds aren't as fast as the Bionic and Droid Charge though.
