Those of you in ATT's LTE markets are in for a little joy: both HTC and Samsung have you covered with LTE Android smartphones due out November 6 for $199 with a 2 year contract. The HTC Vivid and Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket are both high end phones, and we can imagine you might feel a little bummed if you just bought a Samsung Galaxy S II. As a consolation, we're not sure you get the super-duper Exynos processor in the Skyerocket variant, we're guessing it might be a Snapdragon.
