Verizon Pushes Android 2.2 Froyo Update to the LG Ally Users

Verizon Wireless has begun pushing Android 2.2, Froyo, for the LG Ally. Enhancements include Bluetooth voice dialing accuracy, enhanced screen rotation for app compatibility and more security options such as remote device wipe. Here is more info:

Enhancements and improvements:

- Improved security options include remote device wipe, device lock, password complexity, and a minimum password length.
- Long press of physical home key allows easy switching between the last eight applications used.
- Bluetooth voice dialing displays your verbal instructions and repeats them back to ensure accuracy.
